ELISE DuBOIS
Counselor

Hello and welcome to the journey.  Life is an experience with twists and turns, ups and downs and many people, places and things along the way. Learning how to relate to what comes our way, and even learning from our negative experiences can make our life’s journey more authentic, meaningful, less bumpy and more joyful. We will work together, and I will help support you as you learn about yourself and how to authentically explore and uncover the identities that express who you truly are. This work can lead to a life you create and appreciate, even alongside the challenges.

I specialize in working through anxiety, transitions in life, co-dependence, shame and substances/addiction. My style is focused on intentional living. I support you working toward goals that may include a deeper sense of self- awareness and self-acceptance, better communication skills, boundary- setting and tools for coping with anxiety and depression.  You may discover strengths you didn't realize you possessed along the way.

I see teens (13+) and adults for individual therapy.
